1=Acceptable Use Policy
1.1=We prohibit deliberate efforts to crash the bot, exploit bugs, overload rate limits (spamming commands), or bypass feature permissions.
1.2=Users, server owners, and administrators must abide by Discord's official Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any account or server found violating Discord's terms will be blacklisted from accessing the bot.
1.3=We prohibit using the bot to process, store, or transmit illegal content, harassment, or malicious code. Prohibited behavior is not limited exclusively to the examples listed here.
2=Availability & Service Disclaimers
2.1=Manx7 services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of 100% uptime.
2.2=Our features and functions may be updated, modified, or temporarily taken offline for maintenance or bug fixes without prior notice.
2.3=To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manx7 shall not be held liable for any damages arising from server downtime, data loss during crashes, or third-party API outages (including Discord).
3=Payments & Refunds
3.1=All transactions are handled securely via Stripe.
3.2=All payments for partner tiers or custom features are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed upon in writing, though exceptions may be requested.
3.3=Fraudulent chargebacks or fraudulent billing activity will result in immediate termination of access to our services and a permanent blacklist from the bot.
4=Custom Partner Program
4.1=We reserve the right to revoke Custom Partner status, API access, or custom bot access if you violate our ToS, abuse resources, or use custom features maliciously. (Revoking access to hosted services will not disable self-hosted CPP bot code, but we will cease facilitating backend functionality and do not guarantee continued operation.)
4.2=Custom features are provided based on the specific scope agreed upon at onboarding and do not guarantee infinite custom modifications.
5=Access Termination
5.1=We reserve the right to blacklist any user, server ID, or Discord account from using the bot at our sole discretion for ToS violations.
