1=Data Collection & Discord Bot Activity
1.1=For general operations, we only temporarily process minimal information required to run our Discord Bot services; Discord Identifiers to process permissions and actions, and Message Content exclusively for the use of command input.
1.2=We do not retain command contents outside of short active development windows. Under normal operation, command data is immediately forgotten upon execution of a subsequent command. In the event of a system or bot crash, command details may be temporarily stored solely for troubleshooting and debugging.
2=Data Protection & Sales
2.1=We do not and will not, sell your information. Ever.
2.2=Your data is never sold, traded, nor shared for marketing purposes.
2.3=If any changes to section 2 of our Privacy Policy occurs, all server owners will be notified via a Direct Message from the Manx7 bot (if possible). We will additionally post an @everyone ping on our Discord server's updates channel, explaining the exact change and why.
3=Custom Partner Program
3.1=If you join the **Custom Partner Program**, we will store additional information; Several Discord Identifiers (roles, members, channels, servers, etc) to link requested custom functionality to your server, and any other specific data strictly required for the unique features requested, retained solely to provide and maintain those custom capabilities.
4=Payment Processing
4.1=All payments and billing information provided through Stripe are processed and managed entirely by Stripe under their own privacy policies and terms. Manx7 does not store or directly process your financial details.
